A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the treasury from the state fund, general revenue, from the balance of all general revenues remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to the division of criminal justice and highway safety, "former" account no. 5750, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 0546, fiscal year 1995, organization 0620, supplementing chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as the budget bill.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That "WVFIMS" Account No. 0546, chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding to such account, the following new line item:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.

Section 1. Appropriation from general revenue.

5 Law-enforcement training for municipalities and counties...............................................$600,000 Any unexpended balance is hereby reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 1994-95.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement the budget act for the fiscal year 1994-1995 by providing for a new item of appropriation for law-enforcement training for municipalities and counties.
